Dear Friend(s),
Nityaananda! Gauraanga! Hare Krishna! Yoga means the spiritual union of desire. The harmonious bond between the soul and God is known as NITAAI Yoga. This connection with God awakens the natural and dormant love of the soul for the Supreme Lord. Thus, NITAAI Yoga is the pure loving nature of the soul. The soul is a spiritual spark, an infinitesimal part of God, not a product of matter or chemicals. We are all souls residing in our material bodies while transmigrating through the 8.4 million bodily species of life in this universe. NITAAI Yoga is our soul’s scientific nature. It is the process of awakening our natural loving devotional propensity (Pure Bhakti) for our Supreme Lord and Master.

NITAAI Yoga is not a cult or artificial religiosity. It is the integral and essential characteristic of the soul which cannot be changed unlike some religions of this world which can be easily changed from one to the other. It is not something new, artificial or external to the soul. It is the original energy of the soul. The soul is one with Lord Gauraanga Krishna in quality but minute in quantity. NITAAI Yoga is the revival of our soul's inherent divine qualities. Therefore, everyone can practice NITAAI Yoga, irrespective of any external status, groups, limitations or disqualifications.

NITAAI is the most benevolent Holy Name of God. It is the short form of "Nityaananda" or "Eternal Bliss" and also the short form of the eternal process of "Nityaananda Gauraanga Hare Krishna Naama Bhakti". NITAAI is the Holy Name of the Divine Elder Brother of God. NITAAI means the bestower of unlimited bliss and power. NITAAI means He Who is imploring us to accept His ultimate love. NITAAI is He who does not consider our material status or qualification. He freely distributes the rare treasure of His unalloyed love to one and all. NITAAI is the quintessence of unprecedented mercy, peace, love and bliss. Believe it or not, NITAAI is the most beautiful sound in this world. He is the epitome of all perfection.

In Kali Yuga, the only sure shot and easy path to attain God is through NITAAI. NITAAI can easily bestow upon the soul one of the five divine relationships with God. Hence, connecting with NITAAI becomes essential for any kind of substantial spiritual experience. This connection is called NITAAI Yoga. Therefore, NITAAI Yoga is the beginning and end of all spiritual realization.

All other Forms of God will give us mercy, happiness and freedom from reactions only when we repeatedly pray and surrender to Them. However, NITAAI is different. He gives without asking. He is genuinely concerned for us. He cries for us. He bled for us when Madhaai struck Him on His head. We need to simply accept His mercy. Everyone of us can do that easily without many efforts because He does not expect anything in exchange from us for the great favor He is so eager to confer upon us. Faith is the only price. Therefore, NITAAI Yoga is for everyone because it is easy to develop a little faith in NITAAI. NITAAI Yoga will prove greatly beneficial to even those who are not interested in the soul or God.

NITAAI descended to this world in 1473 AD in the Holy Village of Ekachakraa Dhaama in West Bengal, India. From that day onwards, the whole Birbhum district became prosperous. The whole planet and the entire universe were purified by His Lotus Feet and Holy Presence on this planet earth, which is only a very tiny part of His own creation. In the form of NITAAI, the universe witnessed the greatest descent of mercy and bliss ever in the past, present and future. Even now, those who call out NITAAI or go to Ekachakraa become instantly merged in an ocean of bliss. This is the proof in the efficacy of NITAAI. Please try to accept NITAAI, and you will certainly not be disappointed since we receive this opportunity only once in 8,640,000,000 years. You will be simply amazed and astonished at the simplicity, depth and the blissful experience of NITAAI Yoga.

NITAAI is the Supreme Lord and the Origin of all the Creation. His Divine Brother is GAURA KRISHNA, the Supreme Absolute Personality of Godhead and the Cause of all Causes. GAURA descended to this world in 1486 AD in the Holy Town of Navadvipa Dhaama in West Bengal, India and performed His Pastimes in Jagannaatha Puri Dhaama, Orissa, India, from 1510 to 1534 AD. GAURA = RADHA + KRISHNA. Shri Shri Radha and Krishna are the Supreme Absolute Enjoyers of Godhead, Who performed Their Pastimes in Vraja Dhaama, U.P., India, around 5000 years ago. Both of Them combined into one confidential golden Form for the purpose of ecstatic pastimes and our deliverance and advented again in Kali Yuga as GAURA around 500 years ago. Lord Balaraama advented as NITAAI. Both NITAAI and GAURA are not fictional or mythological or imaginary Gods, but They are clearly described in the history books of India which are taught in the schools and universities. Millions of people were instantly liberated when they saw Them face to face during Their personal presence on this planet, only around 500 years ago. Even though They advented in India, They do not belong to any one country or sect or religion or caste or creed or race. They are the eternal Divine Fathers of every soul in creation.

NITAAI GAURA = BALARAAMA KRISHNA. There is nothing higher in creation than These two Divine Brothers. They are the summum bonum of everything in creation. They are condensed love personified. They have come for the sole purpose to distribute Their own love. There cannot be any greater benefactors in this world than Them because They magnanimously distribute the supreme crest-jewel of absolute love which was never ever given before to us so freely. They fulfill all our desires. They are the only hope for this degraded and offensive age. They provide us with real hope against all hopelessness which we presently see all around us. NITAAI is the only means to attain GAURA KRISHNA. NITAAI Yoga is the universal process of Nityaananda Gauraanga Hare Krishna Naama Bhakti Yoga.

The greatest misfortune of the people in Kali Yuga is that the general mass of the people don't even possess an inkling that their own Lords have personally advented only around 500 years ago on this planet for the sole purpose of freely distributing Their supreme love to one and all. NITAAI Yoga imparts us the knowledge of this confidential truth. It enables us to come into the light and thus ends our ignorance. According to Shrimad Bhaagavatam, one who knows this truth is considered the most intelligent person in Kali Yuga. Therefore, NITAAI Yoga is certainly a very rare secret. Though it is meant for everyone, it still remains very concealed. However, now the time has come to break this seal and distribute this knowledge and nectar of NITAAI Yoga, freely to one and all, while following in the footsteps of the great souls who have done so in the past.

Since only around 5000 years of Kali Yuga have passed, the balance duration remaining is 427,000 years, which will be even more ghastly than the present times. After that, Satya Yuga will again be established. The total duration of one cycle of the four yugas of Satya, Dvaapara, Tretaa and Kali is 4,320,000 earthly years. 1000 such cycles are present in the twelve hours of a day of Brahma. Furthermore, Brahma lives for 100 years in Satyaloka, the topmost planet in this universe. At the end of his 100 years, which is our 311 trillion earthly years, all the universes will merge into the divine body of Lord Mahaa Vishnu as He inhales. He is a partial expansion of Lords NITAAI GAURA. All the souls and universes remain in a dormant state for another 311 trillion years of his inhalation and again manifest for 311 trillion years during His next exhalation. This is how the material creation is constantly created, maintained and again destroyed. The mission of our soul is to become free from this never-ending cycle of the material creation at the time of our death and enter the eternal home of the soul and forever join our Lords NITAAI GAURA and RADHA KRISHNA in the indestructible spiritual creation which is 3/4th of the total creation of God. This mission is known as NITAAI Yoga.

The problems of this world will not decrease until the people try to understand the most merciful Personality of NITAAI along with NITAAI Yoga, the process of establishing our lost eternal connection with Him. We become guilty if by the way of neglect we don’t imbibe and distribute such a great treasure which we have received so freely from NITAAI and GAURA. To become free from this guilt and truly benefit others, we need to sincerely practice and teach NITAAI Yoga to everyone we meet.

The deep Sanskrit word "Yoga" is nowadays commonly used only to cheaply promote bodily health and postures. The actual Yoga of the spiritual connection and the soul's nourishment is mostly neglected by this world due to the intense quest for only bodily and health pursuits. This is because the subtlest spiritual spark of the soul in the region of one's heart cannot be clearly perceived with one's blunt material senses, in the way one's gross body can be experienced. Thus, Yoga has become artificially accepted as more of a bodily phenomenon. However, the only nutrition for our soul is our eternal spiritual relationship with NITAAI. NITAAI Yoga is the spiritual process to awaken that dormant connection. It is not just a subtly material process. When our soul, which is spiritually dormant for the past millions of lives, is aroused by the process of NITAAI Yoga, there is no limit to the potential which can be reached by the soul. The soul can factually realize that it's original nature is sat or eternal, chit or full of knowledge, and aananda or perpetually blissful.

NITAAI Yoga is totally free, but still it is the most sublime. It is the blissful process of connecting with God by Mantra Meditation i.e. by the supremely powerful sound vibration of the Nityaananda (NITAAI) Mantraraaja, Gauraanga (GAURA) Mantraraaja, and the Hare Krishna (HARINAAMA) Mahaamantra: Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare, Hare Raama Hare Raama Raama Raama Hare Hare. NITAAI Yoga is the sublime process of NITAAI GAURA KRISHNA Consciousness as taught to us by the great stalwart Spiritual Masters like Shrila Swaami Prabhupaada, Shrila Sarasvati Prabhupaada and Shrila Bhaktivinoda Thaakura.

NITAAI Yoga is performed via the process of broadly nine NITAAI Kriyaas described below. Kriyaa means the dynamic activity of the soul in relation to God. The Lord is described as the ultimate Yoga and Kriyaa in the Vedas. These nine NITAAI Yoga Kriyaas are purely Bhakti or Devotional Kriyaas which are pleasing to the Lord, not dry speculative Kriyaas. The true meaning of "Yoga" and "Kriyaa" is fully understood by the Bhakti Yogis. Naama Bhakti Yoga is active not passive. One cannot say that one loves God if one is not willing to practically serve and attain Him by practicing at least one of these nine forms of devotional service. The word "Kriyaa" means that NITAAI Yoga is the spiritually scientific, practical and universal activity of the soul. NITAAI Yoga is the Kriyaa of the soul. It comprises of those actions (Kriyaas) which are the means to attain the souls and the Supreme Lord Gauraanga Krishna.

(1) The NITAAI Sankirtana Kriyaa is the most important and ultimate Kriyaa. It is life and King of all other NITAAI Kriyaas and also the essence of NITAAI Yoga. It is the rope which binds and brings God to us. It is the meditational and musical process of spiritual singing and dancing accompanied by the melodious hearing and chanting of the NITYAANANDA, GAURAANGA and the HARE KRISHNA Mantras. The musical instruments to accompany this NITAAI Sankirtana Kriyaa are the karataalas or hand cymbals and the mridangas or elongated barrel clay drums with different diameter heads on both sides. This process of rhythmic dancing along with the loud singing of the Mantras and Devotional Songs is very effective in rejuvenating our spiritual lives and is a catalyst for all other NITAAI Kriyaas of NITAAI Yoga.

(2) The second most important Kriyaa is the NITAAI Japa Kriyaa. It involves the softly audible chanting of each of the three full Mantras (Nityaananda, Gauraanga, and the Hare Krishna Mahaamantra) on a Holy Tulasi maalaa (rosary) of 108 beads. One round of each Mantra is equal to chanting each Mantra 108 times. The NITAAI Yoga spiritual practitioner should fix a number of Mantra rounds of each of these three Mantras which he or she can comfortably chant daily according to one's capacity, and perform it steadily and regularly for ensuring one's spiritual success. Also if possible, try to gradually increase the quantity and quality. Adherence to the daily discipline in this NITAAI Japa Kriyaa will be rewarded with abundant spiritual love and happiness by the Lord. If one can somehow manage to complete a fixed number (however small or big the number may be) of Mantra rounds daily with concentration, then higher advancement in all other NITAAI Kriyaas is easily attained.

One may start with 10 (Nityaananda), 10 (Gauraanga) and 1 (Hare Krishna) rounds daily which may take a maximum of half an hour. The ideal goal for normal practitioners of NITAAI Japa Kriyaa is 32-32-16 or 64-64-16 rounds of the Nityaananda, Gauraanga, and the Hare Krishna Mahaamantra respectively. The ultimate goal for fully dedicated practitioners is 64-64-64. One can perform this NITAAI Japa Kriyaa on a Tulasi rosary while sitting in padmasana or vajrasana or svastikasana or any other comfortable sitting posture on a mat or on a chair, sofa, bed etc. and also while walking. If it is not possible to chant on a Tulasi maalaa in some circumstances, then one can also chant while counting the Mantras on a tally counter or on the fingers to ensure that one completes one's fixed number of Mantra chants daily of each of the three Mantras. Adhering to completing one's quantity of Mantra rounds daily (however small or big it may be) will ensure rapid spiritual progress. The primary requirement is that one should focus one's mind on the transcendental sound, form and meaning of the Mantras while performing NITAAI Japa Kriyaa.

(3) The third NITAAI Praana Kriyaa is the deep breathing with both nostrils or anuloma and viloma (with one nostril at a time) of the NITAAI and GAURA Mantras. One cycle of NITAAI Kriyaa contains two breaths as follows: Mentally chant "NI" while inhaling and "TAAI" while exhaling during the first breath and "GAU" while inhaling and "RA" while exhaling during the second breath. Breathe these two Mantras whenever you can throughout the day, and feel the bliss all over your body, heart and soul. You can also breathe in "Hare Krishna Hare Krishna" and breathe out "Krishna Krishna Hare Hare" and then breathe in "Hare Raama Hare Raama" and finally breathe out "Raama Raama Hare Hare" to complete one cycle of NITAAI Kriyaa with the Hare Krishna Mahaamantra also.

(4) The fourth NITAAI Lekhana Kriyaa is the writing and visualization of the Sanskrit Syllables of NITAAI and GAURA or NITYAANANDA and GAURAANGA and the HARE KRISHNA Mantra in the air with our forefinger or on paper with a pen or on a whiteboard etc. Meditation on the Form of the Sanskrit Syllables of these three Mantras is as good as meditating of God Himself. Thus, NITAAI Lekhana Kriyaa is an extremely potent process for our soul to contact and reciprocate with God.

(5) The fifth NITAAI Shravana Kriyaa is the regular hearing, viewing of spiritual VIDEOS, reading, or inquiring and discussing with realized souls, about the Verses, Pastime Narrations, Discourses, Holy Scriptures, Devotional Songs, Mantra Chants etc.. This should be performed with full concentration on absorbing the spiritual sound of these transcendental topics. With such regular hearing from advanced spiritual authorities and sources, one is able to nourish and sustain one's steadiness in the performance of NITAAI Yoga.

(6) The sixth NITAAI Dhyaana Kriyaa is the visualization and meditation on and the worship and the service of the Divine Forms of NITAAI and GAURA and RADHA and KRISHNA in the form of a Deity or a Photo. These are the transcendental representations of God and non-different from Him. The Mantras reveal the Divine Form of God and continuous meditation on that Form leads to further deeper realization of His Divine Qualities and Pastimes.

(7) The seventh NITAAI Tulasi Kriyaa involves the regular care, watering and worship of the Holy Tulasi (Ocimum tenuiflorum) plant. This simple act is extremely pleasing to God and anyone who worships Tulasi at one's home certainly becomes the Lord's Associate.

(8) The eighth Kriyaa is the NITAAI Prasaada Kriyaa. It is the sublime process of offering the vegetarian food which one cooks daily, with a Tulasi leaf on each food preparation, in front a Photo or Deity of Lords NITAAI GAURA, while reciting the three Mantras. This is done in order to spiritually sanctify the food and make it fully karma-free because even vegetarian food contains karmic reactions of killing plants, insects, germs and bacteria. This sanctified and offered food, which is known as Prasaada (Causeless Mercy) in Sanskrit, spiritually nourishes our soul and not just our bodies. An important part of the NITAAI Prasaada Kriyaa is also to fast from all kinds of grain-food twice a month on the Ekaadashis and on some other Holy Days of God like the Holy Appearance Days of the Lord during the year for conquering the urges of our tongue and belly.

(9) The ninth NITAAI Dhaama Kriyaa is the spiritual yoga retreat to the transcendental Holy Places of the Lord's Pastimes preferably in the association of sincere and advanced spiritual practitioners. This helps us to internalize the depth of our meditation and to spiritually charge our beings. God is certainly present in a much more spiritually condensed and accessible form in those places where He has personally performed His Pastimes. The three principal Vedic Abodes of God in India are Navadvipa including Ekachakraa (West Bengal), Puri (Orissa) and Vraja (Uttar Pradesh).

One can perform any one of these NITAAI Kriyaas independently during any period of the day and instantly feel the unlimited bliss of NITAAI Yoga. NITAAI Yoga is as simple as simply vibrating or hearing or singing or breathing or meditating on these three Kings of all Mantras, throughout the day, in any of the above ways. Therefore, NITAAI Yoga can be performed anywhere or everywhere while doing anything or everything by anyone or everyone. There are no rules or regulations. There is no loss or expense, only unlimited gain for the real us, i.e. our soul. Try it and you will certainly attain unending happiness and your eternal position in the spiritual world.

Aspiring to serve you in NITAAI Yoga,
Bhakiratna Sadhu Swami Gaurangapada.
Spiritual Guru and Teacher of NITAAI Yoga.
